    ست الفقهاء ابنة إبراهيم بن علي بن أحمد بن فضل، الشيخة الصالحة المعمرة المسندة بنت الإمام تقي الدين بن الواسطي الصالحية الحنبلية. سمعت حضوراً جزء ابن عرفة في سنة خمس من عبد الحق بن خلف. وسمعت من إبراهيم بن خليل وغيره. وسماعها قليل، لكن لها إجازات عالية من جعفر الهمداني، وأحمد بن المعز الحراني، وعبد الرحمن بن بنيمان، وعبد اللطيف بن القبيطي، وروت الكثير، وسمعوا منها سنن ابن ماجة وأشياء.وتوفيت رحمها الله تعالى سنة ست وعشرين وسبع مئة. ولها اثنتان وتسعون سنة.
