٦٨٤ - أبو زهير قال (١١): لم أجد مَن ذكره. قلت: اسمه: حرب بن زهير، ترجم له البخاري في "تاريخه" (١٢)، وأورد له حديثه هذا، وابن أبي حاتم في "الجرح والتعديل" (١٣)، ولم يذكر فيه جرحًا ولا تعديلاً، إلا أنه ذكر عن أبيه الاختلاف عن عطاء فيه على وجوه شتى.وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (١)، وابن منده في كتابه "الكنى والألقاب" (٢).
