مِثْعَبٌ غَيْرُ مَنْسُوبٍ ذَكَرَهُ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ فِي الْوُحْدَانِ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ يَعِيشَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، عَنْ مِثْعَبٍ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ أَغْزُو مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابِهِ، فَيَصُومُ بَعْضُهُمْ وَيُفْطِرُ بَعْضُهُمْ، فَلَا يَعِيبُ الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ، وَلَا الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ»
