    خارجة بن عقفان «١» الثقفي: قال ابن أبي حاتم: حدّثنا ابن مرزوق، عن أم دهيم بنت مهدي بن عبد اللَّه بن جميع، عن خارجة بن عقفان، عن أبيها، عن أجدادها حتى بلغت خارجة بن عقفان، أنه أتى النبيّ ﷺ لما مرض، فجعل يعرق فقالت فاطمة: وا كرب أبي، فقال النبيّ ﷺ: «لا كرب على أبيك بعد اليوم» «٢» . وروى ابن مندة من طريق ابن مرزوق، عن أم سعيد بنت أعين، حدثتني أم فليحة بنت ورّاد، عن أبيها، عن عقفان بن سعيم أنه أتى النبيّ ﷺ هو وابناه خارجة ومرداس، فدعا لهم. وله ذكر في ترجمة مرداس بن عقفان أيضا.
