    [٤٦٤٠] سُليْمانُ بنُ داوُدَ، الخَوْلانِيُّ، الشَّاميُّ (¬٤) (¬٥). عنِ الزُّهْريِّ، عَنْ أَبي بَكْرِ بنِ مُحمَّدِ بنِ عَمْرِو بنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ أَبيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبيِّ ﷺ: "لَا طَلاقَ قَبْلَ نِكاحٍ"، بِطُولِهِ. قالَهُ أَحمدُ بنُ سُليْمانَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بنِ حَمْزَةَ (¬٦). وَقالَ أَبو اليَمانِ: أنا (¬٧) شُعيْبٌ (¬٨)، عَنِ الزُّهْريِّ، قَرَأْتُ عِنْدَ أَبي بكْرِ بنِ عمْرٍو كِتابًا، فَذَكَرَ عنِ النَّبيِّ ﷺ بَعضَهُ. فيهِ نَظَرٌ.     ١٧٩٠- سُليمان بْنُ دَاوُدَ، الخَولانيّ، الشَّامِيُّ. عَنِ الزُّهري، عَنْ أَبِي بَكر بْنُ مُحَمد بْنِ عَمرو بْنِ حَزم، عَنْ أَبيه، عَنْ جَدِّه، عَنِ النَّبيِّ ﷺ؛ لَا طَلَاقَ قَبلَ نِكاحٍ ... بطولَهُ. قَالَه أَحْمَد بْن سُليمان، عَنْ يَحيى بْن حَمزة. وَقَالَ أَبو اليَمان: أَخبرنا شُعَيب، عَنِ الزُّهري، قرأتُ عِنْد أَبِي بَكر بْن عَمرو كتابا، فذكر عَنِ النَّبيِّ ﷺ بعضه. فِيهِ نَظَرٌ.
