    [٤٦٣٨] سُليْمانُ بنُ داوُدَ، أَبو داوُدَ، الطَّيالِسِيُّ، البَصْريُّ (¬٧). وَكانَ أَصْلُهُ فارِسِيًّا، مَوْلَى قُريْشٍ. قالَهُ قُتيْبَةُ. وَقالَ ابنُ المُثَنَّى: ماتَ سنَةَ ثَلاثٍ ومِائَتَيْنِ. سَمعَ شُعْبَةَ، وعِمْرانَ القَطَّانَ.وَقالَ (¬١) ابنُ حُميْدٍ: هُوَ مَوْلَى الزُّبيرِ بنِ العَوَّامِ القُرشِيِّ. وَقالَ غَيرُهُ: أُمُّهُ مَوْلاةٌ لِبَني نَصْرِ بنِ مُعاوِيَةَ.

    ١٧٨٨- سُليمان بْن دَاوُد، أَبو دَاوُد، الطَّيالِسِيّ، البَصرِيّ. وَكَانَ أصلَهُ فارسيا، مَولَى قُرَيش. قَالَه قُتَيبة. وقال ابن المُثَنَّى: مات سنة ثلاث ومئتين. سَمِعَ شُعبة، وعِمران القَطّان. وَقَالَ ابْن حُميد: هو مَولَى الزُّبَير بْن العَوّام القُرَشِيّ. وَقَالَ غيره: أُمه مولاة لبْني نَصر بْن مُعاوية.١٧٨٩- سُليمان بن داود بْن دَاوُد بْن عَلِيّ بْن عَبد اللهِ بْن عَبّاس بْن عَبد المُطَّلب (١) ، أَبو أَيوب، الهاشِمِيّ، سَكَنَ بَغداد. سَمِعَ إِبْرَاهِيم بْن سَعد، وابن أَبي الزِّناد.
