    [٦٣٤٨] أبو حَيَّة -بالياء باثنتين من تحتها- بن قَيْس، الوادعيُّ الخارفي الهَمْدانيُّ الكُوفيُّ (¬٣). روى عن: علي بن أبي طالب. روى عنه: أبو إسحاق الهَمْدَاني. قال الحاكم: وروى عن المِنْهال بن عمرو عنه، إن كان محفوظًا، لا يعرف اسمه. وقال أبو زُرْعة: لا يُسَمَّي.وسُئل عنه أحمد بن حنبل، فقال: شيخٌ. وقال ابن ماكولا: يختلف في اسمه؛ فيقال: عمرو بن نصر، ويقال: عامر بن الحارث. روي له: أبو داود، والترمذي، والنسائي، وابن ماجه. • أبو حَيّ المؤَذِّن، شَدَّاد بن حَيّ. سبق (¬١). روي له: أبو داود، والترمذي، وابن ماجه. * * *
