    [٥١٩٦] كُلْثُوم بن زياد المُحَارِبي الدمشقي الدَّارَاني، أبو عمرو مولي سليم بن حبيب (¬٣). ولي القضاء بدمشق بعد سليم بن حبيب.روى عن: أبي مسلم الخولاني، وسليمان بن حبيب، وشدَّاد أبي عمار، وإسماعيل بن عُبيد الله بن أبي المهاجر، وأبي كثير المُحَاربي، ويحيى بن أبي كثير. روى عنه: الوليد بن مسلم، والوليد بن مَزيد، ومحمد بن شُعيب بن شابور، ومحمد بن ربيعة، وأبو مُسْهِر، والحسن بن يحيى الخُشَنِي، وعبيد الله بن يوسف التنِّيسي، وعبد السلام بن حرب، وإبراهيم بن أبي حنيفة اليمامي، ومروان بن محمد. قال النسائي: ضعيف. وقال عبد الجبار بن محمد بن مُهنَّا: كان فاضلًا، خيارًا.
