    [٤٧٠٤] عِمْران بن مُسلم، أبو بكر القَصِير المِنْقَري البَصْريُّ (¬٢). سمع: أبا رجاء العُطَارِدي، والحسن البَصْري، ومحمد بن سيرين، وأنس بن سيرين، وعطاء بن أبي رباح، وقيس بن سعد. روى عنه: سفيان الثَّوْريّ، ومهدي بن ميمون، ويحيى بن سعيد القَطَّان، وبشر بن المُفَضَّل، وحَمَّاد بن مَسْعَدة، ومحمد بن راشد المَكْحولي، وسويد بن عبد العزيز.قال يحيى بن سعيد: كان مستقيم الحديث. وقال أحمد بن حنبل، ويحيى بن معين: ثقة. وقال ابن عدي: هو حسن الحديث، إلا أنه يروي أشياء لا يرويها غيره، وينفرد عنه قوم بتلك الأحاديث. روي له: البخاري، ومسلم، وأبو داود، والترمذي.
