[٣٩٣٢] عبد الرحمن بن زيد بن الخَطَّاب القُرَشِي العَدَوي (¬١). أمه لُبابة بنت أبي لبابة بن عبد المنذر الأنصاري، أدرك النبي ﷺ، وحدَّث عن أبيه، وسمع عمه عمر بن الخَطَّاب، وأصحاب رسول الله ﷺ. روى عنه: ابنه عبد الحميد، وسالم بن عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب، والحسين بن الحارث الجَدَلي، وأبو جناب يحيي بن أبي حَيَّة الكَلْبي، وولي أمرَ مَكَّة. وقال خليفة بن خياط: قُبض النبي ﷺ وهو ابن ست سنين، ومات في زمن ابن الزبير. روي له: النسائي.
