[٣٧٦٣] عبد الله بن مَطَر البَصْريّ السَّعْدي، أبو رَيْحانة (¬٤) روى عن: عبد الله بن عباس، وسفينة مولى النبي ﷺ، وصحب عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب. روى عنه: سفيان بن حسين، وإسماعيل بن عُلَيَّة، وبشر بن المُفَضَّل، ووُهَيْب بن خالد، ومُرَجَّي بن رجاء، وعلي بن عاصم، وسليمان بن كثير، وعوف بن أبي جميلة.قال يحيى بن معين: هو صالح. وقال النسائي: ليس بالقوي. وقال ابن عدي: لا أعرف له حديثًا منكرًا. روي له: مُسْلِم، وأبو داود، والترمذي، وابن ماجه.
