[٣٦٨٩] عبد الله بن عيسي بن ماهان بن صخر، أبو جعفر (¬١) الرازي (¬٢). روى عن: أبيه، وأيوب بن عُتبة اليمامي، وقَيْس بن الرَّبيع، وأبي سنان الشيباني، وشُعْبة، وعكرمة بن عمار المسعودي، ومبارك بن فضالة، وأبي مُنيب المروزي، وأبي غَسَّان محمد بن مُطَرِّف. روى عنه: ابنه محمد بن عبد الله بن أبي جعفر، والحسن بن عمر بن شَقيق، وعُمارة بن الحسن، وأبو عبد الرحمن شبيب بن الفضل، ومحمد ابن عيسي بن الطَّبّاع. قال محمد بن حميد: سمعت من عبد الله بن أبي جعفر عشرة آلاف حديث، فرميتُ بها. قال ابن عدي: وبعض حديثه مما لا يتابع عليه. روي له: أبو داود.
