[٣٥٩٠] عبد الله بن الصَّامت البَصْري الغِفَاري، ابن أخي أبي ذَرّ الغفاري ﵁ (¬١). سمع: أبا ذَرّ، وعبد الله بن عمر، ورافع بن عمير الطائي (¬٢). روى عنه: سعيد بن أبي الحسن، وحميد بن هلال، وأبو عمران الجَونيُّ، وأبو العالية البراء، وأبو نعامة عبد ربه، وأبو عبد الله الجَسْري حميري بن بشير.قال أبو حاتم: بصري يُكْتَبُ حديثه. روى له الجماعة إلا البخاري.
