[٣٢٥٨] صالح بن مِهران، أبو سفيان الشَّيْبانيُّ، الأصْبهاني، مولي زكريا ابن مَصْقَلة بن هُبيرة خُراساني الأصل (¬١). كان يقال له: الحكيم، وكان إذا قعد يُكْتَبُ كلامه، ويقال: إنه كان يتكلم بالتوحيد. روى عن: النُّعمان بن عبد السلام، وزُرارة بن يحيي. روى عنه: عمرو بن علي، وعبد الرحمن بن عمر، وأسيد بن عاصم، ومحمد بن عاصم، ومحمد بن عبد الله بن الحسن. قال أسيد: كان صالح يفتي، وكان أفقه من الحسين بن حفص. وقال عمرو بن علي: ثنا صالح بن مِهْران، وكان ثقةً. روي له: الترمذي، والنَّسائي.
