    [٣٠٠٤] سُلَيم بن حَيَّان بن بِسْطام الهُذَلي البَصْري (¬١). سمع: أباه، وقَتَادة، وعمرو بن دينار، وسعيد بن مِيناء، ومَرْوان الأَصْفَر، ويزيد الرِّشْك. روى عنه: يحيى القَطَّان، وبَهْز بن أسد، وابنه عبد الرحيم بن سَليم، وعَفَّان بن مسلم، وحَبَّان بن هلال، وعبد الصَّمد بن عبد الوارث، ويزيد ابن هارون، ومسلم بن إبراهيم، وعبيد الله بن عبد المجيد، وأبو داود الطَّيالسي، وعمرو بن مَرْزوق، ومحمد بن سنان العوقي، وعبد الرحمن ابن مهدي. روى له الجماعة إلا النَّسائي.
