    [٢٩٨٩] سَلَمة بن كلثوم الدِّمَشْقيُّ، سكن حمص (¬١). روى عن: الأَوزاعيِّ، وصَفْوان بن عمرو، وجعفر بن بُرْقَان، وإبراهيم بن أدهم، ويزيد بن السِّمْط، وأبي مهدي سعيد بن سنان. روى عنه: يحيى بن صالح الوُحَاظي، وأبو تَوْبَة الرَّبيع بن نافع، وعثمان بن سعيد بن كثير، وشهاب بن خراش، ومحمد بن حِمْيَر، وأبو يحيى (¬٢) عبد الحميد بن إبراهيم، وسلامة بن عبد العزيز اللاحونيُّ. وقال أبو زُرْعة الدِّمَشْقي: قلت لأبي اليمان: ما تقول في سلمة بن كلثوم؟ قال: ثقةٌ، كان يقاس بالأَوْزاعي. روى له الجماعة.
