[٢٨٩٨] سَعيد بن عَمْرو بن أَشْوَع الهَمْدانيُّ الكُوفِيّ، قاضيها (¬١). روى عن: يزيد بن سَلَمَة الجُعْفيِّ، والشَّعبيِّ، ووَرَّاد كاتب المغيرة بن شُعْبة، وشُريح بن النُّعْمَان الصَّائديِّ، وحُبيش بن المُعْتَمِر. روى عنه: أبو إسحاق السَّبِيعيُّ، وخالد الحَذَّاء، وأَشْعَث بن سَوَّار، والثَّوْريِّ، وزكريا بن أبي زائدة. قال يحيى بن مَعِين: مشهور الحديث، يعرفه النَّاس. قال ابن سعد: توفي في ولاية خَالد بن عبد الله. روي له: البُخَاري، ومسلم، والتِّرْمِذِيّ.
