[٢٤٣٤] خالد بن نِزار بن مُغَيرة بن سُلَيْم الأَيْلِي، من أهل أيْلة، أبو يَزيد الغَسَّاني (¬٢). روى عن: مالك بن أنس، وياسين بن أبي خَلَف المَكِّي، وأيوب بن سويد الرَّمْلي، وسعيد بن سالم القَدَّاح، والقاسم بن مَبْرور الأَيْلِي. روى عنه: ابنه طاهر، وهارون بن سعيد الأَيْلِي، وأبو الطاهر أحمد بن عَمْرو بن السَّرح، وأحمد بن صالح المِصْرِيّ، وأبو العَوَّام محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الجبَّار بمصر. قال ابن مَاكُولا: توفي سنة اثنتين وعشرين ومئتين. روي له: أبو داود.
