    [٢٤٠٩] خَالد بن طَهْمَان، أبو العلاء الخَفَّاف السَّلولِيُّ (¬٣). روى عن: أنس بن مالك، وحصين بن عبد الرحمن، وعطية بن سعيد العَوْفي، وحبيب بن أبي ثابت. وهو خَالد بن أبي خَالد الرَّازِيّ.روى عنه: يحيى بن عبَّاد. وروى عنه: أبو أحمد الزَّبَيري، وسفيان الثَّوْري، ووكيع، ومحمد بن يوسف الفِرْيابيّ، وأبو نُعَيْم، وأحمد بن عبد الله بن يونس. قال يحيى بن مَعِين: خالد الإسكاف ضعيف. وقال أبو حاتم: هو من عتق الشِّيعة، وقال: محله الصدق. روي له: التِّرْمِذِيّ.
