[٢٢٦١] حَفْص بن عُمر البَصْريّ، أبو عُمر الضَّرير (¬٢). روى عن: حَمَّاد بن سَلَمة، وبِشْر بن المُفَضَّل، وإسماعيل بن جعفر (¬٣)، وجَرِير بن حازم، وحَمَّاد بن زيد، ومُبَارك بن فضالة، والحارث بن زياد الأَزْدي. روى عنه: أبو داود، وابن ماجه، ومحمد بن عبد الرحيم صاعقة، وأحمد بن فرح (¬٤)، وأحمد بن حنبل، وحاتم بن اللَّيث، ويعقوب بن سُفيان، وأبو مُسْلم الكَجِّي، وسَعيد بن عُثْمان الكُرَيْزي، ومحمد بن الحسين البُرْجُلانيّ. قال أبو حاتم بن حِبَّان: كان من العلماء بالفرائض، والحساب، والشعر، وأيام النَّاس، والفِقه، وُلِد وهو أعمى. مات بالبصرة سنة عشرين ومئتين، وله نَيِّف وسبعون سنة.
