[٩٧٣] محمد بن طُفَيْل بن مالك، أبو جعفر النَّخَعِيُّ الكُوفيُّ (¬٢). سكن فَيْد، وهو ابن عم شريك. روى عن: شَرِيك بن عبد الله، وعبد السلام بن حَرْب، وبِشْر بن عُمارة الكوفي، وأبي معاوية الضَّرير، وصَدَقة بن رُسْتُم، والجَرَّاح بن موسي. روى عنه: عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن الدَّارمي، وأحمد بن عمرو القَطِرانيُّ، وأبو الحسن أحمد بن سَيَّار، ومحمد بن إسماعيل الترمذي، ومحمد بن أيوب بن يحيى بن الضُّرَيس، وعمرو بن سُلَيم (¬٣) البَصْرِيّ نزيل الرَّي، وأبو شيبة بن أبي بكر، وحماد بن الحسن بن عَنْبَسة. وقال الحضرمي: مات سنة اثنتين وعشرين ومئتين.روى له: الترمذي.
