    [٨٦٠] محمد بن الحسن بن عَطِيَّة بن سَعْد العَوْفيُّ الكُوفيُّ (¬٤). روى عن أبيه، عن جده، عن أبي سعيد الخُدْرِي، وروى عن محمد ابن عبد الرحمن عن أبي هريرة. روى عنه: محمد بن ربيعة، قال الحسين بن الحسن: سألت يحيى بنمعين عنه فقال: كوفي ليس بمتين. وقال ابن أبي حاتم: سئل أبو زرعة عنه فقال: لَيِّن الحديث. وقال ابن أبي حاتم: سألت أبي عنه فقال: ضعيف الحديث. روى له: أبو داود.
