[٦٨٥] سودة بنت زمعة بن أبي قيس بن عبد شمس بن عبد ود بن نَصْر بن مالك ابن حِسْل بن عامر بن لؤي بن غالب القُرَشِيّة العامرية، أم المؤمنين (¬١). يقال: كنيتها أم الأسود زوج رسول الله ﷺ، وكانت قبله عند السكران بن عمرو أخي سُهيل بن عمرو. تزوجها رسول الله ﷺ بمكة بعد موت خديجة. روى عنها: عبد الله بن عباس. توفيت في آخر خلافة عمر بن الخطاب ﵄. روى لها البخاري حديثين. وروى لها: أبو داود، والنسائي.
