[٥٧٥] هانئ بن يزيد بن نَهِيك بن المَذْحَجي، ويقال: هانئ بن كعب الحارثي، ويقال: الضَّبَابي، ويقال: هو هانئ بن يزيد بن نَهِيك بن دريد بن سفيان بن ضَباب (¬٢). وهو سلمة بن الحارث بن رَبِيعَةَ بن الحارث بن كعب الضَّبَابي، وهو والد شُرَيح بن هانئ، كان يُكْنَى في الجاهلية أبا الحكم؛ لأنَّه كان يحكمبينهم، فكناه رسول الله ﷺ بأبي شريح؛ إذ وفد عليه وكناه بأكبر ولده. روى عنه: ابنه شريح. روي له: أبو داود، والنَّسَائي.
