[٤٦٩] كعب بن مُرَّة البَهْزِي، وقيل: مرة بن كعب (¬١). وهو من بهز بن الحارث بن سُلَيم بن منصور. نزل البصرة، ثم سكن الأردن من الشام. روى عنه: جُبير بن نُفير، وكُرَيْب السَّحُولي، وشُرَحْبيل بن السِّمْط، وأبو الأشعث الصنعاني، وأسامة بن خُريم، وهَرِم بن الحارث. مات بالأردن سنة تسع وخمسين. روى له: أبو داود، والترمذي، والنَّسائي، وابن ماجه.
