[١٨٦] السَّائب بن خلاد بن سُويد بن ثَعْلبة بن عمرو بن حارثة بن امرئ القيس بن عمرو بن امرئ القيس بن مالك بن الأَغَرّ بن ثعلبة بن كعب ابن الخزرج (¬٣). روى عن النبي ﷺ حديث: "رفع الصوت بالتلبية". وهو حديث مختلف فيه على ابنه خلاد، وقد جوده مالك، وابن عيينة، وابن جريج،ومعمر، ورووه عن عبد الله بن أبي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم، عن عبد الملك بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام، عن خلاد بن السائب، عن أبيه، ولم يرو عنه غير ابنه خلاد. روي له: أبو داود، والترمذي، والنَّسائي، وابن ماجه.
