[١٠٣] الحارث بن قيس بن الأسود، وقيل: ابن عميرة الأسدي، وقيل: اسمه الحارث، وهو جد قيس بن الربيع، يعد في الكوفيين (¬٢). قال: أسلمت وتحتي ثمان نسوة، فسألت النبي ﷺ؟ فقال: "اخترمنهن أربعًا"، رواه محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى، عن حُميضة بن الشَّمَرْدَل عنه، ورواه هشيم عن ابن أبي ليلى، فقال: الحارث بن قيس. ورواه عيسي بن المختار عن ابن أبي ليلى فقال: قيس بن الحارث. ورواه أحمد بن إبراهيم الدَّورقي عن ابن أبي ليلى، عن حُميضة بن الشَّمَرْدَل فقال: قيس بن الحارث. روي له: أبو داود، وابن ماجه.
