[٥٢] بشير بن مَعْبَد بن شَرَاحيل بن سَبُع بن ضَبَاري بن سَدوس السدوسي (¬٢). وهو ابن الخَصَاصِية، والخَصَاصِية أم ضَبَارِي، واسمها كبشة، ويقال: مارية بنت عمرو بن الحارث بن الغطاريف، من الأسْد، كان اسمه في الجاهلية زَحْمًا فسماه النبي ﷺ بشيرًا. روى عنه: جُرَيّ بن كُليب، وبشير بن نَهيك، وامرأته ليلى، ودَيْسم، وديسم رجل من بني سَدوس، وأبو المثنى مؤثر بن عَفَازَة العبدي، وأبو إسحاق سليمان بن فيروز الشيباني. روى له: أبو داود، والنَّسائي، وابن ماجه.
