[٣٦] أوس بن الصَّامت بن قيس بن أَضْرَم بن فِهر بن ثعلبة بن غَنْم بن سالم بن عَوْف بن الخزرج (¬١). شهد بدرًا، وهو أخو عُبادة بن الصامت، وهو الذي ظاهَر من زوجته، وأعطاه النبي ﷺ خمسة عشر صاعًا. روى عنه: عطاء بن يسار. قال أبو داود: عطاء لم يُدرك أوس بن الصَّامت، هذا مرسل؛ أوس من أهل بدر؛ وإنما رووه عن الأوزاعي، عن عطاء، أن أوس بن الصامت. . . روى له: أبو داود.
