    ٣٢ - عثمان بن سعيد بن خالد الدارمى. أحد الحفاظ والأعلام. أخذ الفقه عن البويطى وصنف "المسند". مات سنة ثمانين ومائتين، ووهم من قال سنة اثنتين وثمانين. ذكره العبادى في "طبقاته" وغيره وقيل: إنه الذي قام على محمد بن كرَّام وطرده عن هراه.
