قطر الندى بنت أبي الحسن خمارويه بن أحمد بن طولون تزوجها الخليفة المعتضد بالله وحملت إليه إلى بغداد لها ذكر أنبأنا أبو الفرج غيث بن علي أخبرني أبو بكر الخطيب أنا أبو نعيم أحمد بن عبد الله نا سليمان بن أحمد قال أخبرت أن المعتضد قال في قطر الندى بنت خمارويه بن أحمد بن طولون: حسرات في فؤادي * شردت عني رقادي وهموم طارقات * وكلتني بالسهاد ههنا جسمي مقيم * وببغداد فؤادي هكذا كل محب * باع قربا ببعاد أملك الخلق ولكن * تملك الجود (٢) قيادي ملك الجود فؤادي * مثل ملكي للعباد " حرف الكاف " ٩٤١٨ -
