رجل دخل على عبد الملك بن مروان وهو ببغداد أخبرنا أبو القاسم علي بن إبراهيم أنا رشأ المقرئ أنا أبو محمد المصري أنا أحمد بن مروان نا إبراهيم الحربي نا سعيد بن سليمان الواسطي عن عباد بن العوام عن عبد الله بن سعيد قال قال عبد الملك بن مروان لرجل دخل عليه وهو يأكل هلم إلى الغداء قال ما في فضل فقال ما أقبح بالرجل أن يأكل حتى لا يكون فيه (١) فضل فقال يا أمير المؤمنين عندي مستزاد ولكني أكره أن أصير إلى الحالة التي استقبح أمير المؤمنين ٩١٤٦ -
