أبو مسلم النطعي ولى المظالم بدمشق بدلا من القاضي من قبل أحمد بن أبي دؤاد (٧) قاضي القضاة في خلافة المعتصم أنبأنا أبو محمد بن الأكفاني نا عبد العزيز أنا تمام بن محمد أنا ابن مروان نا ابنفيض قال ثم عزل يحيى بن أكثم يعني المعتصم عن قضاء القضاة وولى أحمد بن أبي داؤد (١) القضاء فعزل محمد بن يحيى يعني ابن حمزة عن القضاء وولى دمشق صاحب مظالم يعرف بأبي مسلم النطعي ثم عزله وولى مكانه على المظالم يحيى بن الحسن الطبراني ٨٨٣٨ -
