    يحيى بن الحسن الطبراني ولي المظالم بدمشق بعد أبي مسلم النطفي بدلا من القاضي من قبل أحمد بن أبي (٤) دؤاد (٥) قاضي قضاة المعتصم أنبأنا أبو محمد بن الأكفاني نا أبو محمد الكتاني أنا تمام بن محمد إجازة أنا أبو عبد الله بن مروان نا ابن فيض قال ثم عزل يحيى بن أكثم وولي أحمد بن أبي دؤاد القضاء فعزل محمد بن يحيى يعني ابن حمزة عن القضاء وولى دمشق صاحب مظالم يعرفبأبي مسلم النطعي ثم عزله وولى مكانه على المظالم يحيى بن الحسن الطبراني فلم يل القضاء بدمشق بعد محمد بن يحيى بن حمزة أحد في خلافة المعتصم وخلافة الواثق حتى كانت خلافة جعفر المتوكل ٨١٢٢ -
