ميسر بن هبة الله بن محمد بن مسعر أبو الحسن التنوخي المعري القاضي سكن دمشق وصنف كتابا في معاني الشعر الذي ابتكره قائله وأبدع فيه لقبه بأبكار المعاني المعتمدية صنف للقاضي معتمد الدولة أبي الحسين يحيى بن زيد الحسيني وفرغ من تصنيفه في سنة خمسين وأربعمائة ذكره شيخنا غيث قرأت بخط أبي الفرج الصوري حدثني أبو عمرو المعري البزار أن ميسر عن (٢) مسعر والد أبي المشكور توفي بعد الأتراك في زمن ابن قطلمش بعد أخذه لأنطاكية وحدثني ابنه الأصغر أخو أبي المكرم أن وفاته كانت في سنة ثمان وسبعين وأربعمائة عن سبع وستين سنة " ذكر من اسمه ميمون " ٧٨٠٠ -
