مقلد بن القاسم أبو الحمائل الربعي الفقيه سكن أطرابلس وحدث بهاسمع منه أبو علي حمد بن علي بن حميد الرهاوي نزيل بيت المقدس قرأت بخط أبي الفرج غيث بن علي ذكر لي أبو محرم (١) مكي بن معافى (٢) الجبيلي أن أبا الحمائل مقلد توجه من طرابلس بعد سنة سبعين وأربعمائة طالبا للحج وأنه وصل مكة في نصف شوال وتوفي هناك قبل حجه ﵀ ولم يكن بلغ الأربعين وكان دينا ورعا ذا طريقة حسنة ذكر من اسمه
