محمد بن عبد الله بن الحسن بن طلحة بن إبراهيم بن يحيى بن محمد (٤) ابن يحيى ويقال إبراهيم بن محمد بن يحيى بن محمد بن يحيى بن كامل أبو الفتح التنيسي المعروف بابن النحاس قدم دمشق مع أبيه فسمع بها أبا بكر الخطيب وأبا الحسن بن أبي الحديد وعبدالعزيز الكتاني (١) وغيرهم وسمع ببيت المقدس أبا الغنائم بن الفراء وعبد العزيز النصيبي وغيرهما وسمع بصيدا وصور وتنيس ودمياط والرملة وعسقلان فأكثر وكان مولده بتنيس في سنة سبع وثلاثين وأربعمائة وكان حيا في سنة عشرين وخمسمائة ٦٥١٩ -
