محمد بن الحسين بن محمد أبو يعلى الحسيني الأقساسي (٥) روى عنه عمه أبي الحسين حمزة بن محمد الحسيني شيئا من شعره كتب عنه الأمير أبو الحسن بن منقذ قرأت بخط أبي الحسن علي بن المقلد بن نصر بن منقذ أنشدني مولاي الشريف الأجل القاضي أبو يعلى محمد بن الحسين بن محمد الأقساسي بطرابلس في الحادي والعشرين من شوال سنة أربع وستين لعمه فخر الدين أبي الحسن حمزة بن محمد * وكان عذاري عندها عذر وصلها * فشاب فصار العذر في صدها عندي فأعجب بشئ أمس داعية الهوى * يحول فيضحى اليوم داعية الصدر * ٦٢٦٨ -
