محمد بن الحسن بن علي بن خلف بن عبد الواحد أبو طاهر بن الصرار الصيدلاني الأموي مولى عمر بن عبد العزيز حدث هو وأبوه وعمه روى عنأبيه وجعفر بن محمد القلانسي ومحمد بن أحمد بن داود كتب (٨) عنه أبو الحسين (٩) الرازي والكلابي وأبو هاشم المؤدبقرات بخط نجا بن أحمد وذكر أنه قرأه بخط أبي الحسين الرازي في تسمية من كتب عنه بدمشق في الدفعة الثانية (١) أبو طاهر محمد بن الحسن بن علي بن خلف بن عبد الواحد القرشي الصيدلاني مولى عمر بن (٢) عبد العزيز ويعرف بأبي طاهر الصرار وكان أبوه محدثا وعمه محمد بن علي بن خلف محدثا مات (٣) سنة أربع وعشرين وثلاثمائة ٦٢٢٢ -
