كثير بن المنذر الغساني أخو النعمان بن المنذر حدث عن القاسم بن مخيمرة روى عنه أخوه النعمان بن المنذر أخبرنا أبو القاسم زاهر بن طاهر حدثني أبو الحسن عبيد الله بن محمد بن إسحاق بن مندة أنبأنا أبي أنبأنا جعفر بن محمد بن هشام الكندي بدمشق حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن يحيى بن حمزة حدثني أبي عن أبيه قال حدثني النعمان بن المنذر أن أخاه كثير بن المنذر حدث عن القاسم بن محمد (٦) (٧) في التشهد وقال إن (٨) البراء بن عازب قد أتقن فقال إنما كان يقال أيها النبي إذ كان حيا قال ابن عساكر (٩) صوابه القاسم بن مخيمرة٥٧٩٩ -
