عيسى بن هارون بن يوسف أبو موسى المغربي الأغماتي (١) المالكي الفقيه تولى التدريس (٢) المالكية بدمشق مرتين وكان عالما بمذهب مالك والفرائض وسمع الحديث من شيخنا الفقيه نصرالله بن محمد ولزم الحضور عنده مدة طويلة وكان في لسانه قصور وفيه صلابة وتضييق على نفسه في المعيشة يسكن في بيت في سفل المنارة الشرقية مات ودفن يوم الاثنين الثالث من شهر رمضان سنة ثلاث وخمسين وخمسمائة قبلي مسجد فلوس (٣) ٥٥٢٩ -
