علي بن خازم أبو الحسن الهمذاني الفرضي الأعور قدم دمشق قبل السبعين وثلاثمائة كما ذكر عبد العزيز بن أحمد الكتاني فيما حكاه أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن محمد بن عقيل السهرر (١) روى عنه ابن (٢) وصنف كتابا في الفرائض سماه الإستدراك إلى معرفة الفرائض سمعه منه أبو الخزرج بشير بن النعمان بن علي الأنصاري ٤٨٩٨ -
