عبد الواحد بن الفضل المطيع لله بن جعفر المقتدر بالله ابن أحمد المعتضد بن أبي أحمد الموفق بن جعفر المتوكل بن محمد المعتصم ابن هارون الرشيد بن محمد المهدي بن عبد الله المنصور بن محمد بن علي ابن عبد الله بن عباس بن عبد المطلب الهاشمي البغدادي قدم دمشق سنة ثمان وأربعين وثلاثمائة ونزل لؤلؤة (٥) خارج باب الجابية له ذكرقرأت بخط عبد الوهاب الميداني قال وفي يوم الجمعة سلخ شهر ربيع الأول يعني سنة ثمان وأربعين وثلاثمائة وأفى إلى دمشق عبد الواحد بن الخليفة المطيع الله وأنزل دارا في لؤلؤة ٤٣٣٥ -
