عبد الكريم بن محمد بن أبي الفضل بن محمد بن عبد الواحد أبو الفضائل الأنصاري الحرستاني الفقيه الشافعي ولد يوم السبت الثاني أو الثالث وعشرين من شوال سنة سبع عشرة وخمسمائة وسمع الحديث بدمشق من الفقيهين أبوي الحسن بن قبيس وابن المسلم والفقيه نصر الله ثم رحل إلى بغداد وسمع درس أبي منصور بن الرزاز ومضى إلى خراسان وسمع درس محمد بن يحيى ثم رجع إلى الشام وانضم إلى أبي سعد بن أبي عصرون الفقيه الشافعي فاستنابه في التدريس في الزاوية القريبة وضم إليه المدرسة الأمينية فكان يدرس في الموضعين وتوفي يوم السبت الثاني من شهر رمضان في أول وقت العصر من سنة إحدى وستين وخمسمائة ودفن بكرة يوم الأحد بجبل قاسيون٤١٩٥ -
