عبد الباقي بن محمد بن عبد الباقي بن محمد أبو منصور التميمي المعروف بابن الموصلي (٤) وسمع الشريف أبا القاسم علي بن إبراهيم وأبا الحسن علي بن طاهر النحوي وأبا طاهر بن الحنائي وأبا الحسن (٥) الموازيني وأبا محمد بن الأكفاني وأبا عبد الله بن أبي العلاء وجماعة سواهموكتب الحديث بخط حسن وحدث بشئ يسير سمع منه أبو سعد بن السمعاني الفقيه وابن خالي أبو الحسن (١) وسمعت منه وكان من جملة الشهود المعدلين مؤثرا لموادة الناس تاركا لمشاراتهم مشغولا بشغله عما سواه مات أبو منصور ليلة الإثنين ودفن يوم الإثنين الرابع عشر من شهر رمضان سنة اثنتين (٢) وخمسين وخمسمائة ٣٦٧١ -
