عبد الله بن عتبة الأعور ابن يزيد بن معاوية بن أبي سفيان أمه الكاملة بنت الأشعث الكلبية له ذكر وهو أخو المذكور أيضا كتب إلى أبو المظفر محمد بن أحمد بن محمد (١) النسابة قال وولد عتبة الأعور بن يزيد عبد الله أمه الكاملة بنت الأشعث بن حبال (٢) من بني حارثة بن خباب الكلبي وجدها حبال يقول * ألا قالت العصماء يوم لقيتها * كبرت ولم تجزع من الشيب مجزعا فقلت لها لا تهزئي بي فقلما * يسود الفتى حتى يشيب ويصلعا رأت ذا عصا يمشي عليها وشيبة * تقنع منها رأسه ما تقنعا وللفارح اليعبور خير علالة * من (٣) المزجي وأبعد منزعا * ٣٣٩٦ -
