عبد الله بن الحسين بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن الحسين بن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن أبو الحسن بن أبي القاسم بن الحنائي سمع أباه أبا القاسم وأبا بكر الخطيب وأبا الحسن بن أبي الحديد وعبد العزيز بن أحمد وجماعة سواهم وحدث بشئ يسير سمع منه عمر الدهستاني أخبرنا أبو محمد بن الأكفاني نا عبد العزيز الكتاني قال توفي أبو الحسن عبد الله يعني ابن الحسين يوم الأحد الخامس عشر من شوال سنة ستين أربعمائة زاد ابن الأكفاني وكان قد سمع الكثير ونسخ من الشيوخ ولم يحدث إلا للدهستاني بجزء أو جزءين ﵀ ٣٢٦٢ -
