عايذ بن سعيد والد محمد بن عايذ روى عن المطعم بن المقدام روى عنه ابنه محمد أخبرنا أبو بكر وجيه بن طاهر أنا أحمد بن الحسن أنا الحسن بن أحمد بن محمد المخلدي أنا موسى بن العباس الجويني نا أبو زرعة الدمشقي نا أبو مسهر نا سعيد بن عبد العزيز عن سليمان بن موسى عن نافع قال كنت أسير مع ابن عمر فسمع صوت زامر رعاء فعدل عن الطريق ثم قال يا نافع هل تسمع شيئا قلت لا ثم رجع إلى الطريق ثم قال كذا رأيت رسول الله ﷺ فعل قال ونا أبو زرعة نا محمد بن عايذ نا أبي نا المطعم بن المقدام عن نافع عن ابن عمر عن النبي ﷺ بمثل ذلك٣٠٦٩ -
