زكريا بن يحيى بن (١) العلاء من أهل دمشق حدث عن أبي عبيدة الناجي وأبي عبد الرحمن الزاهد روى عنه أحمد بن أبي الحواري وهو زكريا بن العلاء الذي يلي ذكره في ترجمة أم هارون الخراسانية روى عنه أحمد بن أبي الحواري والقاسم بن عثمان الجوعي في نسخة ما شافهني به أبو عبد الله الحسن بن عبد الملك أنا عبد الرحمن بن مندة أنا أبو علي إجازة قال وأنا أبو طاهر الهمداني أنا علي بن محمد قالا أنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي حاتم (٢) قال زكريا بن يحيى بن العلاء الدمشقي روى عن أبي عبيدة الناجي وأبي عبد الرحمن الزاهد روى عنه أحمد بن الحواري ٢٢٧١ -
