الحسن بن هلال بن الحسن بن عبد الله بن محمد أبو محمد الازدي البزار الشاهد ط سمع أبا الحسن بن عوف وغيره وكتب كتبا كثيرة من كتب الأدب بخط حسن وما اظنه حدث بشئ توفي أبو محمد الحسن بن هلال ليلة الخميس التاسع عشر من جمادى الآخرة سنة سبع واربعين واربعمائة على ما بلغني وذكر لي أبو محمد بن ألا ح كفاني انه مات في جمادى من هذه السنة والله تعالى اعلم" حرف اللام ألف فارغ " " حرف الياء في آباء من اسمه الحسن " ١٤٧٩ -
